Selectorized Circuit

For our selectorized circuit, we have chosen a stare of the art system by Hoist. Not only is it extremely user friendly and easy to use, it makes the user an integral part of the exercise motion by continuously adjusting the position of the user with the movement of the exercise arm. For a more traditional approach we have also added the Precor Line of strength equipment. It provides a smooth fluid movement base on the motion of the human body. This is a great line for advanced and beginning workouts.

Cardio

For our Cardio equipment we have also chosen the Precor line for its quality, versatility and ease of use. Our newest innovative piece is the Adaptive Motion Trainer. Free Weights

Here we have a great group of equipment with enough plates, dumbbells, benches and racks to satisfy even the most avid lifter, or the newest lifter who is just starting a free weight regimen.
