Boot Camp: Boot Camp is a one hour test of your fitness and is for all fitness levels.  This is an all inclusive class that utilizes cardio, core, resistance, agility, flexibility and balance.  For those that attend this class consistently will receive results such as fat loss, increased muscle tone, improved flexibility, decreased chance of injury, feel younger and increase the quality of your life.  Our trainers are certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have specializations such as Performance Enhancement and Corrective Exercise ensuring you get the safest, most challenging workout possible.  Our trainers place and emphasis on posture and proper movement patterns making our workouts better than our competitors.  We encourage you to bring your friends and family!

Beginner Yoga: A thorough introduction to the techniques of Yoga. Stretch with poses to open your body, calm your mind, and rest your spirit – and head into the day feeling refreshed and energized.

Flow Yoga:  Try Flow Yoga -- also known as Vinyasa -- a dynamic, breath-centered style of Hatha yoga in which flowing sequences of postures are woven into a balanced, whole body workout.  All experience levels welcome.
