What is Personal Training?

Personal Training is the best tool to maximize your results and minimize your risk of injury.  Your Trainer will design a personalized based program on your specific fitness goals and the activities you enjoy, whether it be weight loss, training for your first 5K, or simply to look and feel the best you can.  Our Personal Trainers are certified through Nationally Accredited Associations, and the quality of our personal service sets The Lexington Fitness Club apart from any other facility.

What is a Session Like?

Each session lasts about an hour. The first meeting is devoted to assessing fitness level, body measurements, exercise and health history and goals. Be prepared to step on the scale, have your body fat tested and answer specific questions about your goals. After that, you'll spend time working one-on-one with your trainer to achieve your personal fitness goals.
