Gentle Yoga Flow
This class is designed to introduce or bring you back to the basics of yoga. It focuses on the fundamentals of a vinyasa flow and is a great way to start your practice or refresh your foundation knowledge. Beginners flow is done in a gently heated setting. Suitable for Beginners to Intermediate levels.
Flow Yoga
A dynamic, breath-centered style of Hatha yoga in which flowing sequences of postures are woven into a balanced, whole-body workout. All experience levels welcome.
