Gentle Yoga Flow

This class is designed to introduce or bring you back to the basics of yoga. It focuses on the fundamentals of a vinyasa flow and is a great way to start your practice or refresh your foundation knowledge. Beginners flow is done in a gently heated setting. Suitable for Beginners to Intermediate levels.  


Sukha Living Studio

In Sanskrit, Sukha means ease, and Sthira means steadiness. In teaching yoga, we bring a balance of Sthira with Sukha, pursuing steadiness with ease in every aspect of our living.
