This specialty - attained through the Academy of Holistic Fitness - focuses on developing strength, flexibility, and well-being through gradually-progressive resistance training and introductory Yoga postures.
Michael is a graduate of Plymouth State College - now known as Plymouth State University. There he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies - a self-designed program in Physical Education and English - with a Philosophy Minor. While at Plymouth, Michael studied Exercise Science, Coaching, and Sports Psychology. He cultivated a balanced coaching philosophy based on the proven benefits of physical activity on learning, and experienced the positive effects of visualization in sports.
