A Special Yoga Class for the Lexington Newcomer’s Club
Fusion Yoga Flow
Monday 5/18 @ 9:30 am to 12:00 noon
This class begins with an optional 15 min sauna session that allows for accelerated body heat generation, initializing muscle relaxation. You will move to the studio and settle into meditation and breath work instructions to guide you in setting your intentions and begin your inward focus.
This is followed by an energetic Power Yoga Vinyasa Flow class that will move you through a sequence of postures to build flexibility, strength, as well as to deepen detoxification and relieve stress. The combination of sauna and yoga maximizes your ability to stretch, while giving you an invigorating workout. After the yoga class, stay and chat a while, and enjoy healthy refreshments served right here in the lounge of the studio.

Thursday 5/14 @ 4:00 to 5:15 pm at LHS Yoga Studio
Friends and family gatherings, busy deadlines, insane schedules… Every day living can make anytime a frantic time of the year. Take a break and honor yourself with this rejuvenating 75-min Vinyasa flow class. This practice will begin with a refreshing yoga flow and guide you to a place of connection; ultimately providing the room to slow down, let go and renew your energy. The class will end with an extended savasana complete with scented eye towels (optional). Slow down to recharge and reset the pace leaving you ready to face your week with the grace and the energy that you need.

- Feel empowered to make better choices about how you spend your energy
- Take away yoga tools and practices to restore you to wholeness in the moment
